Red Shouldered Hawk
This Red Shouldered Hawk came in to the Center because it had been caught in a leg hold trap. Luckily for the bird, some caring person found it and brought it to Nature’s Nursery. After 2 rounds of antibiotics (and lots of mice!) this beautiful resident of the Oak Openings region was released on October 25 th, 2006.
