WHITEHOUSE (WTVG) - Nature's Nursery is marking a major milestone this year. The wildlife rehabilitation center has been caring for injured and orphaned animals for thirty years.

It's a full house at the center right now. There are all kinds of animals being cared for including baby squirrels, owls, opossums, songbirds, skunks and even a baby mink.

The center is always in need of donations and volunteers. If you would like to learn more, we've posted a link.

Nature's Nursery is hosting it's annual Wildlife Festival this Sunday afternoon at The Toledo Botanical Garden from 1-4. It is free and open to the public. There will be all kinds of activities. You'll also have a chance to meet some of the education animals from Nature's Nursery.
